After 6 months of looking through the Internet, e-bay and local suppliers for the best value, I eventually went with a supplier out of England.

Unfortunately after many delays I was informed that I could not get the hot tub I was looking for, due to the company running into internal problems. Disappointed and about to give up I was put in touch with Northern Hot Tubs. I was a little unsure but decided to talk to them. I have a background in sales so was pretty sure that I would know after talking to them if we could do business or not.

The rest is now history... I have my dream hot tub along with customer service I have not seen since I left Canada 6 years ago.

The prices were excellent and the customer service was even better - delivery was as promised, and follow up advice was appreciated.

Value, good service and a quality hot tub - I couldn't ask for more.
